At Lepa Maison,every piece is handcrafted in limited quantities.If you are not completely happy with your order,we are here to help you.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.Items must be unworn,unwashed and unused,with all tags,the hygiene reasons,swimwear that has been worn or has a broken hygiene seal cannot be returned.

Handcrafted details

Because our pieces are embellished by hand,small variations in beading or fabric roses are part of their character and are not considered defects

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged,defective or different form what you ordered,contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lepamaison@gmail.com with your order number and photos.We will offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund,and we will cover the return shipping

How to return

Email lepamaison@gmail.com with your order number.We will confirm it the return is approved and send you the instructions.Please do not send anything back before we approve it.Return shipping costs are paid by the customer,except for damaged or incorrect items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will refund the item price to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.Original shipping fees are not refundable,except when the error is ours.For international orders,customs duties and import taxes are not refundable

Exchange

Our pieces are one size,so exchanges are only for available for defectives items or for a different colours of the same piece,subject to availability
